I've been travelling for over 2 months straight staying in a different hotel in a different city almost every night and this hotel was by far the best out of all. There was a girl who worked at the front desk and she was amazing. She greeted me very well when I arrived and showed me many things to do in Mostar and explained some details about the hotel. Gave me tea and cookies during checkin and was very helpful. The hotel is amazing. Very good location. Very good breakfast. Very good views from the room. Very good staff. 10/10 5 stars for sure!

The grounds of the hotel are breathtaking and it is in an ideal location right next to the crooked bridge. Parking is in a nearby side street with no issues. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall we loved our stay in this really lovely hotel.

Didn’t eat anything here but the room was gross. Smelled musty, moldy. Stains and liquid spills all over the walls. Spiders, worms, bugs a plenty throughout the room. Looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Uncomfortable bedding. Staff was nice and area around place was nice but too dirty and smelly to stay here.

Little hidden gem

Such a nice hotel almost hidden out of sight. Very well located in Mostar as its in the centre. Room was great and very clean alongside having some nice traditional charm. Staff were very helpful and will carry stuff to your door for you. There are a few options for parking, in the street or a public car park just behind. This is about €15 a day but you need to pay in local currency. The hotel desk will happily change the money for you. Great hotel would recommend to anyone

Staff at this hotel is simply outstanding in every aspect which made this stay even more enjoyable. Location is superb, food is beyond delicious and views are stunning! I’ve been to 100s of different hotels but hardly any are as enjoyable as this. Highly recommend!

This is a lovely property in an amazing location. They had wonderful food and service. The only thing is I requested a balcony room and received a room with a terrace but the door to terrace was blocked with chairs and cushions and the terrace was not a private one. It was nonetheless a very nice experience and the amazing staff at the front of the house made it 100% worth it!

We received a warm welcome from the exceptional team at the hotel who helped us with our luggage and offered a glass of peach juice whilst Anel told us about Mostar. The hotel is tucked away and a bit quirky but it’s clean, modern and in a perfect location for the city centre. The room was spacious and well appointed. Altogether a great stay - would heartily recommend!
