Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

The hotel was a nice place. It is getting a little older and is showing signs of being an aged property. The service was nice.

Excellent Resort fun in the sun

Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

1. No primeiro dia tive problema com gatos comendo meu sanduíche que se encontrava na mesa da piscina 2. No segundo dia faltou água em meu ap e só retornou à normalidade mais de 2 horas depois 3. Telefonar para a recepção não adianta porque simplesmente não atendem 4. Não adianta ter uma estrutura incrível, é preciso entender que o mais importante é o serviço

Estadia em família.

Bem surpreendente o tamanho do hotel e a quantidade de funcionários e espaços disponíveis para os clientes, no geral muito boa a estadia. Só um único defeito encontrado foi no chuveiro do nosso quarto, que não estava funcionando direito, não saia quase água fria e a quente saia demais, quase pela meus couros!
