O primeiro quarto em que eu fiquei não estava com o chuveiro elétrico funcionando e o ar condicionado estava mto sujo e batia em cima da cama, troquei de quarto. No novo quarto os colchões das camas eram péssimos (colchao fino, dava pra sentir o estrado da cama nas costas) e o ar condicionado não gelava bem. Para terminar de completar na primeira noite faltou água, quando cheguei do passeio da noite vi que estava sem agua e não pudemos tomar banho. Tenho uma filha de 1 ano e meio que brincou bastante e dormiu suja. Tentei entrar em contato com a recepção e não me responderam. A água só voltou no dia seguinte. Uma outra hospede disse que foi avisada pela recepção sobre a falta de água, mas a minha família não foi e foi um grande transtorno essa situação. Iriamos ficar 3 dias e resolvemos sair 1 dia antes devido todas as coisas citadas acima. Solicitamos o estorno do ultimo dia e nos foi negado, mesmo após termos dado as justificativas acima. De qualquer forma fomos embora da pousada, devido as precárias condições em que estavamos. Como partes positivas tem a localização e os funcionarios de forma geral (recepcao, limpeza e da cozinha).

Pousada muitoo boa! Localização excelente. 4 min a pé da segunda praia. Quase pé na areia na 1ra praia. O quarto é espacoso e confortável. Uma vista deslumbrante. Ar condicionado gela bastante. Chuveiro bom. Limpeza diária boa. Café da manhã é realmente um diferencial, muito gostoso e sempre mudando as opções! Ficamos 5 dias ao todo. Funcionários todos solícitos e gente boa!
