Sub-training, basement apartment in Morgan, Vermont, with 3 Bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area, Kitchenette, and Gym. One bedroom has two queen beds that could sleep 4, another bedroom has a queen that can sleep 2, and a 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and a twin on top, sleeping up to 3. 9 Total people could sleep here, but six would be the most comfortable. The entire basement is yours. There is no access to the main house above. There is no access to the garage area as well.

This home is literally on the VAST Snowmobile Trail 2001! Currently, you can't go south to Island Pond, but you can go west towards Derby ( to access Island Pond, travel north/west on 2001, then take 2001c to trail 111.) Also, the groomer parks/lives at the house (not for guest use).
