Andrew’s communication was exceptional. The place was very clean and the set up for renters was perfect. The location was a short drive from Emerald Beach. I was even able to kayak close by in the neighborhood.

Visiting friends a few streets over

Really enjoyed our stay. Property was very clean which is a big one for us. The cottage was very well equipped with extras if you forgot. There were a few very minor things that I did let Andrew know about but this did not affect our stay. Andrew is a great host & super easy to communicate with. Outside deck & grill great for what we needed & beds were comfortable. We will stay here again 100% next time we visit our friends in the neighborhood. Close to the beach by car. Mind you we stayed off season so the traffic was not too mad. We did drive North about 20-20 mins for a visit to Fort Macon that we all enjoyed! Beaches are great!

Loved the property!

We stayed at this property January 2024 and loved it, so we decided to stay again! Its close to family and close to everything we like to do. The property is clean and comfortable and very well kept. And this stay we found the distillery right around the corner, loved it! Andrew is very easy to work with and very pleasant. We will stay again in the future!

Beautiful house

The house was beautiful just right for one person or for a family. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. The house was well equipped all you need to bring is your toothbrush. I can’t wait to rent from him again.

Best Little Gem

Host Andrew ,was amazing supplying details and the rental was above and beyond what we expected. it was the most precious home with wonderful appointed amenities not to mention impeccable cleanliness. It was definitely a GEM!!!!! We will inquire again in the very near future as well as other family members for future visits to see our daughter and military husband.

1st VRBO experience

We are Marriott vacation club owners, this is our 1st VRBO experience and not our last. The cottage is just like the pictures and Andrew is a very attentive host. We appreciated the updated cottage with the coastal feel. He has great amenities and was surprised to see all the conveniences of home. This location is close to fishing and a few great towns we enjoyed visiting.

Well maintained cottage in quite peaceful neighborhood

The home is beautiful and modern. It was very clean and comfortable. We immediately felt right at home. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful. We were able to enjoy kayaking and fishing multiple times with easy access to the water. The host was very thorough in his communication and his recommendations were excellent. The beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. Our sons enjoyed having their own space in the loft upstairs. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Coastal Cottage June 2024

Cute and modern home with plenty of room for my husband and I, along with our two teenage boys to stay the week. Quiet neighborhood with an excellent location to nearby beaches, and highly needed amenities. We enjoyed our stay here, and would love to visit here again.

Cutest little house ever! Great experience!

This was actually our first time ever doing VRBO. We were so impressed and happy with the house, and the owner/communication. The house was absolutely adorable and perfect. There not a thing missing that we wanted/needed, it was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the space was great. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. We're pretty particular people, but our expectations were exceeded, and the entire experience was perfect. Thank you so much, Andrew!

Great Stay

We had a short weekend stay to come see the Cherry Point Airshow. The house was very clean and in a very quiet residential area. The interior was also very nice. We enjoyed our short stay here and would definitely recommend this to others.

Great beach getaway

This cottage is the perfect spot for a Crystal Coast beach getaway. Located in a quiet neighborhood within minutes of the beach. Easy drive to all the attractions in the area. The cottage is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Short getaway

It was a wonderful getaway and I would highly recommend. The pictures online don’t do the house justice. The loft is roomier than expected. We highly enjoyed our stay. If you are a very clean people and enjoy lots of information before your arrival Andrew is your best bet. Such a relaxing time.

Emerald Isle Vacaton.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Carteret! Andrew was such a gracious host and his online guidebook was very detailed, which came in handy. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and was very clean and so tastefully decorated. We loved the nautical theme! In addition to the beach, which is a short drive from Cape Carteret, there were so many things to do in the area. Will definitely visit again!

Second Stay!

This was our second time staying at this property. The home is quiet, the neighborhood and neighbors are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed fishing down at the dock every day, and daily beach time by 10 min car ride. The home itself is beyond cozy, well thought out and clean. Andrew was a great host, making you feel at home. Highly recommend!!
