Staff was really nice and welcoming and very accommodating when we asked to leave our bags before and after checkout. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet but felt safe. The only things to keep in mind are that there is no nearby metro station but that’s not the property’s fault. Also there was no hand towels in the bathroom which was weird. But overall great property and I’d come again.

Was disappointed with my group’s stay. Based on the photos and description, everything seemed great. The conditions are not acceptable. We arrived to find our room in an open hall of ~20 arranged around TWO “shared bathrooms” with single toilets and showers for probably 40+ people. No hand towels or dryers. The wait to use the bathroom in the mornings was ridiculous and none of us showered during our stay. This was in part because our room of four people was provided only one towel. By day 2 of our stay, neither of the toilets on our floor were flushing. I will also mention that the room was separated from the upstairs and downstairs neighbours by what looked like a reinforced wooden deck. There are WAY too many rooms squeezed into this building. Sound proofing was horrible, constant noise from other guests. The location and price were the main sells on this stay but ultimately they were not worth it. Specifically the bathroom situation was so bad I don’t think it should be legal.

Stay clear of this place by all means!!! The Ceilings leak, our bed was broken, the ac was broken. And there was an infestation of Bees inside the room. My wife was stung multiple times and they refused to give us a refund. Take your money some place else!!!

There was only one bathroom available for the entire floor (single combined toilet and shower) which was very inconvenient. It’s also worth highlighting that most of the rooms do not have AC which for Montreal in the summer made things very uncomfortable. Rooms are not very soundproof which is something to consider. Other than that rooms were basic but clean and location was good.

I had a very nice stay here. The location is great — it’s easy to get everywhere using public transportation. The receptionist was also very kind and helpful. I have just one suggestion: the soundproofing could be improved. My neighbors were quite noisy at midnight, so it might be helpful to remind guests to be considerate of noise in the rooms.

À éviter à tout prix

Nous devions avoir une chambre qui n'était plus disponible à notre arrivée. L'employé sur place, Gaspar, nous a donné une nouvelle chambre qui était de la grandeur d'un garde-robe. Nous avons donc refusé de prendre cette chambre et nous avons quitté. L'employé sur place nous a assuré que nous aurions un remboursement, de simplement communiquer avec l'hôtel. Nous avons essayé à plusieurs reprise par téléphone et par le biais des messages sur hotel.com, sans succès. Toujours aucun remboursement et même pas un accusé de réception ou retour de mes nombreux messages. Vraiment décevant de payer pour une nuit alors que nous ne sommes pas demeurer à cet hôtel. Le support client de hotels.com étant inexistant, ça n'aide pas non plus. .
