The room was spacious and clean. The only downfall is sofa bed is not comfortable at all. The springs dig into your back and definitely isn’t a good night sleep.

My room was quiet and comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice and I liked the grapefruit juice. Chef Mike was delightful. His food and his conversation were both very enjoyable. It was nice to have a full kitchen even if I couldn't reach most of the shelves unless I used the counter stool. On the con side: my "city view" was of a giant pile of snow and my king size bed was actually queen size.

Good sized room with great kitchen. Very much enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had many selections. Weather was very cold outside but room was warm and cozy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Le personnel à la réception est très professionnel, courtois et efficace. Ma chambre (studio lit King) était propre et spacieuse. L'etage (3e) était calme ce qui rend le sejour agreable et reposant.
