Cozy and comfortable unique space. It is a luxury loft with high ceiling and big windows. There are two private parking spots with one Tesla charger. The loft is in a beautiful building over 100 years old, very well maintained. The city Salaberry de Valleyfield is surrounded by water; it is called the Venice of Quebec. St Timothée beach is 10 minutes away. Marina de Valleyfield, few minutes away. Tons of restaurants and cafés around.
