The view of the mountain from the room was so nice, especially at the sunrise.
Excellent service. The bellman and bartender Ernesto provide excellent customer service. They are the reason I will be back!!

Very friendly staff, very clean, very comfortable room, little nice touches like good quality toiletries, dimmable lamps, outlets all over the room, nice linens, good beds, really great stay for our visit to McGill. Expensive...but good.

What a wonderful place to stay in Montreal! Staff was very welcoming, they went out of their way to help us find restaurants and things to do -- we don't speak French! They made us feel that we were at home :)
Great big rooms. Service and staff are excellent and the best location in the downtown area.
Room needs updating, a few areas not as clean as they could be. Plumbing/toilets had difficulty flushing.

The staff at the Omni are excellent. Welcoming and caring and knowledgeable.
Valet parking was inexpensive and convenient with easy in and outs. A few minor issues like ice machine wasn’t working on my floor, and not enough towels at the pool area, but otherwise the stay was pretty pleasing.
