I specifically booked this property because it was advertised as having a hot tub and a pool. Both were out of order and had been for a couple of years (front desk advised). Dust on my night table was visible and never cleaned during our stay. WIFI was not usable unless you signed up for a membership which I did when we arrived since we had no WIFI without it but it took 4 days for it to get connected to my stay and therefore my room. So we had WIFI for one day. When we arrived, the price we were initially charged was not the price that this website had quoted. This is touted as a 4 star hotel but was a huge disappointment. The only saving grace was the staff were very pleasant and helpful if they were able to assist.

What a wonderful hotel to stay at right in the heart of Montreal and walking distance to everything. My only complaint was there was a Wi-Fi issue for several days. Otherwise this place is clean. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are well appointed with everything that you could ever need, including a Cooler and a coffee maker with various different types of coffees and teas. I have never had a shower with that much water pressure even at my own home. Everything is wonderful at the Omni Montreal.
