Close to the city of Carcassonne and the Canal du Midi, I rent on my property in Montolieu "village of the book"; located between Toulouse and the Mediterranean in the heart of the Cabardes and Minervois vineyards, 45 minutes from Narbonne, its natural park and its beaches; as well as 15 minutes from the lakes of the black mountain, in an area of 3000m2 surrounded by nature, a wooden chalet loft style new comfort with a very nice covered terrace. A fully equipped and furnished kitchen and dining area, a flat screen TV area and desk. The sleeping area with a four-poster bed in 140. A bathroom with shower and separate WC. The terrace offers a dining area and a garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool and the garden and private parking, barbecue. Private spaces and privacy are respected. Rest and relaxation area, games, deckchairs ...
