It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a double sofa bed on the mezzanine floor
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Two bathrooms with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 3.5m) open from 1 May to 30 September.
- A lovely 1,600 m² enclosed garden
- An outdoor terrace of around 40 m² with furniture to enjoy the fine weather (this terrace is covered from 15 June to 15 September)
- A 20 m² covered terrace with furniture
- A petanque court

The house is ideally located in Montmeyan, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (which can accommodate up to 3 cars).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Aix TGV station 85 km away
- Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, 100 km away

- The owner may occasionally reside on the property in an independent chalet, while taking care to preserve the peace and privacy of travellers.
