Immersed in the tranquillity of Sardinian nature, Villa Rurale con Vista by Propertize is located in the La Palazzina area, approximately 15 minutes by car from Olbia and also reachable by train in about 20 minutes. It is an ideal solution for a couple seeking privacy, comfort and an authentic stay, away from the hustle and bustle but in a convenient position to discover north-east Sardinia.



The villa has one bedroom and can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The rooms are carefully designed with Sardinian style details, creating a simple, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, lunches or dinners during your stay.
