Had no check in instructions prior to arrival. Kitchen and bathroom counters were dirty carpet was old and dirty one of the rooms was unfinished as far as paint. Cracked tile flooring. Very limited parking. Had to reach out to Vrbo directly. Towels were in older condition. Trash still in bathroom trash cans. Dirty toliets. Overall I have never had a bad experience with Vrbo and. Was pretty fairly disappointed with this stay to be honest. I hate to leave bad reviews but I feel like this one has so much potential if they would just do better on the upkeep in of cleaning and maybe some better communication between the host and guests. Maybe invest in some newer towels and stuff too.

Nice home. Beds were good. Stayed 2 nights for a wedding. Would recommend and stay again. Street home on is narrow. Space for 2 cars. Wouldn’t recommend street parking. Neighborhood is a mix of homes and trailers and street wasn’t best, but we had no safety issues during our stay.
