A queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the loft with a futon. 2 full bathrooms equipped im each room . Full kitchen with microwave , dishwasher and coffeemaker. Enjoy the cozy living room with a sofa bed for additional space along with a dinning table . Enjoy the beautiful view from condo balcony with view of the lake and marina , park your boat on property-slip. More amenities like AC, heating, WiFi, smart TVs in rooms , property pool and more, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Leave pool key and boat ramp card in wooden basket that’s on island . If misplaced their will be a fee for replacement. Make sure and press the lock button on pad every time you leave condo .
Empty refrigerator before leaving . Gather all dirty towels and put in main restroom. Turn lights off and unplug any appliances used .

The place was just as it was listed and was very clean and it was a quiet area. The water was just outside of the unit, great views. Everything was just within driving range. Would definitely stay here again. Laura always responed quickly and was very infomative.
