Great location, within walking distance to shopping streets and Ciudad Vieja. The most fabulous employees I came across in recent years. I would like to compliment mostly front desk- reception as they were all absolutely amazing. The manager Alvaro is the type of person I would hire in any property in a world. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. True leader as his team was equally great without exception. The lady manager in the breakfast room also full hands on, personally checking the buffet and greeting all guests seating at the table with a big smile. Room specious and always clean. Thanks to the people this property has, our stay in Montevideo will be one to remember the most. Thank you again for looking after us. Well done!

Location. Staff excrllen Needs more attention on details. Entrance hsndrails were loose. Plants good for decoration but prevent holding to entrace building. Phoces at 35 cents a minute is abusing. Personnel constantly ready to serve. I d go back

Am I staying at a SHERATON?!

Located in a bad neighborhood. Parking was full so we had to park a block away from the hotel and pay for it. Nobody available to help with lugagge. People from the front desk had to do it. There was an old car exhibition going on so outdoor parking (hotel guests!?) was not an option :( I’d have expected this at a 3 star hotel, not at a Sheraton

Awful Hotel

This property is awful. Reception staff were rude and unfriendly when checking-in. The room was very old and basic. Plus very noisy. All in all a horrendous experience.

Very nice hotel. They have a great eco program and provide a payback rate for not using the services. Room was a bit loud: I could hear the people in the other rooms clearly. Restaurant was very good and so are the restaurants in the neighborhood. Service is great

Nice hotel/neighborhood ok

The hotel is pretty good inside, food is good, and the staff is very nice. The neighborhood is just not the best, especially at night. Of course, you can always take a cab/uber to go where you want to.

Need upgrading

My first assigned room was smokey. After given another room, I had no iron/iron board, no soap, room was not cleaned and to add insult to injury was given an old iron board and iron that stuck to your clothes. Hotel is in a nice location but rooms can do with some upgrading.
