A atendente da noite me disse que não sabe o que a atendente da manhã resolve, quando questionada sobre os pedidos feitos para limpar o quarto e trocar as toalhas. Elevador horrível! Descarga do quarto 101 não funciona direito! Não recomendo! Se puderem, fiquem em outro hotel!

O quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez em 3 diárias. É um quarto pequeno demais e desconfortável. Embora seja um hotel barato, poderia haver mais capricho. Vale só pela localização.

Equipe super atenciosa, mas não tinha NENHUMA tomada disponível no quarto e o elevador é muito antigo com a porta manual, as vezes ele não estava disponível e precisa subir de escada.

Fizemos a reserva pelo hotel.com de um quarto com cama de casal, frigobar e escrivaninha. Ao chegarmos o hotel possuía disponível apenas um quarto com camas de solteiro, sem frigobar e sem escrivaninha. Quarto com carpete com cheiro forte. Reclamamos com a gerente e no dia seguinte nos trocaram de quarto. Estrutura do prédio antiga, estava com algumas reformas no período.

Tem que acordar cedo para tomar café da manhã, se não vão acabando os itens e não tem reposição. Os atendentes são simpáticos, mas precisa de mais funcionários e manutenção do elevador.
