Staff is very nice

Bed was very uncomfortable. We slept on the opposite end to try and get better sleep. The parking is nice and seems safe. You can't hear any street noise despite being very close to a busy street. A decent place that needs updating.

This hotel is situated at a very good location. It is in the town. It’s 30 seconds walking distance from an OXXO (I.e. a convenience store), restaurants, and other stores. It’s very easy to get a taxi also. The staff were very kind and helpful and assisted with all my requests in a timely manner. Overall, my stay was great.

The hotel stated it had a restaurant and bar, it did not. You know what it did have ? Bed bugs! Stay away from this rat nest and would not even offer a refund! Stay far away!!!!

I made an extremely last minute booking and checked in well after midnight. The front desk was very welcoming and the room was large and clean. Very appreciative of the hospitality at this hotel. Would recommend!

Hotel was clean to stay but very noisy, hear people talking loud at 2am. 6am it’s lots of noise from cafe behind fence. Also, my business plans change and I stay 2 nights less out of 4 initial reservation . Hotel Recepción told me that no refund will issued.
