The hill, set in an olive grove of 4 HA and about 1 hour from Lisbon, is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to relax in tune with nature!
The typical Alentejo house has a kitchen open to the living room, common bathroom and a living area next to the two bedrooms available.
Annex with games room (snooker and table football) and barbecue. Next to the house we have a small pool 350 cm in diameter by 90 cm deep, sun loungers and parasol.
Enjoy the stunning and unobstructed view of the olive grove, the unforgettable sunset and the immense starry sky!
In the vicinity of the hill, you can visit the Wild Mount (ZOO), go hiking in the countryside or hot air ballooning, water sky, visit historic cities and delight in the cuisine of the region!

A nossa estadia no Monte da Calmaria em Lavre foi absolutamente incrível! O local faz jus ao nome, proporcionando um ambiente de paz e tranquilidade que é difícil de encontrar. A casa é extremamente aconchegante, decorada com muito bom gosto, e equipada com tudo o que precisamos para uma estadia confortável. A vista para a natureza ao redor é deslumbrante e a atmosfera é perfeita para quem procura relaxar e desconectar da rotina. A Inês foi muito atenciosa e tornou a nossa experiência ainda mais especial. Os patudos adoraram puder correr livremente naquele cenário de filme! Com certeza voltaremos!

Avant d arriver notre hotesse a ete attentionné e et réactive pour répondre à nos questions. A l arrivée les lieux et la maison nous ont charmés. Grande, belle, typique et accueillante maison, confortable et pleine de charme nous avons passé de bons moments dans ses multiples espaces décorés avec goût et pensés pour tous; grands et petits. On ne se lasse pas de la vue de la maison qui est un vrai plus avec de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L hotesse nous accueille avec gentillesse et sympathie, toujours disponible et réactive. Le lieu est parfait pour se reposer et visiter les alentours à son rythme. De belles balades sont possibles. Un séjour parfait !! Un grand merci!

Foram dias de verdadeiro descanso num monte com uma bela vista para a planície alentejana. A habitação tem todas as comodidades que se deseja. Bem localizado e próximo de Vendas Novas e Montemor o Novo. Um agradecimento à Inês que foi uma excelente anfitriã e muito atenciosa antes, no decorrer e após a estadia.

O Paraíso

Foram 5 noites maravilhosas! O nosso Simba adorou correr naquele terreno todo, que apesar de não ser vedado, temos todo o acesso!! A vista é excecional, principalmente à noite que nos deitámos na espreguiçadeira a contemplar as estrelas! A proprietária Inês foi super atenciosa e não há explicação para a amabilidade e simpatia. Natureza no seu estado puro

No Monte da Calmaria passámos uns dias fantásticos, usufruindo da natureza na sua plenitude. A propriedade dá-nos tranquilidade e paz, momentos de lazer fantásticos, usufruindo da piscina ou do chuveiro exterior, do telheiro para as refeições ao ar livre, do grelhador para as preparar e no meio desta "azáfama" ainda sobra tempo para uns jogos de snooker, matraquilhos. A casa é fantástica e reúne todas as condições para proporcionar uma excelente estadia. O nosso cão foi promovido a cão de guarda do Monte, desempenhando todas as tarefas com distinção... correu, brincou, explorou, etc. De carro, em 3 minutos chegamos a Lavre, onde abastecemos a dispensa através do seu mini-mercado (pão, carne, fruta, legumes, etc). O Monte pode ainda ser um excelente ponto de partida para explorar a região, Montemor, Açude do Monte da Barca, Fluviário de Mora, Monte Selvagem - Reserva Animal e algumas praias fluviais. Por fim, a Inês é uma anfitriã do melhor que se pode ter, excelente na comunicação, disponibilidade, gentileza, amabilidade e simpatia! A família agradece os excelentes dias passados no Monte da Calmaria! Até breve!

Monte da calmaria

Tal como o nome indica tudo e uma calmaria. A casa e espetacular. Para quem gosta do campo e o sítio ideal para passar uns dias. Com tudo ao pé para se fazer compras e ao mesmo tempo longe de tudo. Não se vê vivalma. De manhã o pequeno almoço cá fora entre tertúlias nao poderia ser melhor. Apesar da piscina grande estar a ser restaurada com o calor do Alentejo demos umas dicas banho as na piscina a uso. Para quem desejar conhecer o monte da calmaria aconselho a comprar pulseiras contra melgas na Lidl e spray para as moscas.....isto para quem não conhece o Alentejo. Por fim agradecer a Inês que e espetacular e que nos deixou uma garrafinha de bom vinho Alentejano, biscoitos e laranjas tudo típico alentejano. Também deixar para ela um grande beijinho pela simpatia,disponibilidade, e boa disposição. Obrigada Inês pelos dias que passamos no monte da calmaria. Cristina
