I really could not fault this stay. We checked in late due to a late flight and they went out of their way to make sure this wasn’t a problem. The location was amazing with great views. The room was large and the breakfast was excellent and changed every day. I honestly could not rate this hotel high enough, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

Good value for money in very quiet surroundings

If you are looking for a quiet affordable quality hotel close to Lago Maggiore this is the hotel. It is located almost on the top of a hillside near Lago Maggiore with a fantastic view to the lake. The quietness of the hotel and garden is stunning and you can experience the wildlife in the garden.

Lovely stay in tranquil surroundings

Very friendly welcome including a free drink on arrival, and very generous breakfast. The couple who run the hotel were lovely and very kind to our little dog Frank! The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet location but just 15 minutes in the car there is a town with everything you would need. Will definitely be back again! Thank you!

Super bra! Rekommenderas starkt! Har också billig elbilsladdare.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking our dog. A couple of things to keep in mind are that our room did not have air conditioning, so during warmer summer days, especially from late June onward, the room can get quite hot, particularly if two or three people are staying in one room. Also, the drive up to the hotel is very typical for Italy, with some narrower and tighter roads along the way, so it is something to be aware of when arriving by car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing place near Lake Maggiore.
