My recent stay at the polkerris BED and BREAKFAST was fantastic! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I love me some Crystal. She brightened my day each time I saw her. Her sprit so humbling The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Montego Bay. Last but certainly not least. Laurie and Peter were simply incredible people. We called Laurie almost everyday and not once did she provide bad services. Always was very pleasant and willing to help.

Beautiful clean property. Delicious breakfasts! Excellent friendly service from staff. Peter was very attentive to my husband and l. The only draw back was no A/C in the our bathroom... Apart from that all was amazing and we would definitely visit again and keep the bathroom door ajar!!

The best stay in Mobay! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. We were welcomed with cold glasses of homemade lemonade and sat on the porch to enjoy the view. We were then given a tour of the room and shared amenities. The pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by flowers, fruit trees and sunshine. The game room offered table tennis, a pool table, air hockey, video games etc. We stayed in a premium king room. It was large and comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a bidet. Each day we were offered fresh ice and water for our mini fridge. You can request daily house keeping, although we did not require it. Beach/pool towels are also provided. Daily breakfast was offered with traditional Jamaican breakfast options and European options as well. The b&b is away from the noise but only a short walk away. Although, the hill is a bit steep and the stairs can be a challenge. The b&b staff will call you a cab if needed. We walked to Doctor's Cave beach daily...about a 10 minute walk. We paid adult admission and we rented 2 chairs and an umbrella, al costing about $40/day. There isn't a microwave or kitchen available at the b&b to prepare your own food, so it is good to keep in mind when you are put and about, to eat while you're there and/or being something back that you can prepare in yoir room. So happy with our stay and we can't wait for our next visit.

Amazing facilities. Very clean rooms with beautiful kept gardens . Welcoming. Good variety of breakfast. Staff are very kind and helpful. There is a games room and a 24hour pool to use. Fantastic scenery on open plan eating area. Great view of mountains, sea and lovely sunset.

Great for a nice relaxing stay.

Great location, great staff, the pools were very calm and enjoyable. One has a water view. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing everyday. Beautiful flowers and upkeep of the property. The porch and pools were very relaxing but close to restaurants and the beach.

Staying at this property was the absolute best choice I could have made. Words can barely describe how great the Polkerris is. Where do I begin; the room was decorated so beautifully and it was so clean, in fact it was spotless. I was just as impressed with the property grounds and especially the pool which was the icing on the cake. There’s a mother and daughter that prepared and served breakfast every single morning.

Staff was excellent. Breakfasts great, When it comes to beaches, I’m rather picky. For an older couple, the near-by beaches were so so. If I return to Montego Bay, I’m heading straight for home, Polkerris!

The stay was incredible!We felt so lucky to stay at Polkerris! Great location, convenience and hotel is so beautiful, clean and cosy. Traditional Jamaican breakfast every morning with fresh coffee and delicious juices. The view from the hotel is spectacular. Beautiful garden. Big pool. It was just perfect! Huge thanks to Peter and Elaine for making our stay so special!We felt like we were staying at their guest house. Very carrying and beautiful people!❤️ Highly recommend this property and we can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Stay

Our stay here was amazing. Peter and Elaine were wonderful hosts. Terri was a warm welcome and very helpful. Every one that we came in contact with was so nice and friendly. The views from the property were amazing. The food served for breakfast was so good. It was very close to the entertainment on the hip strip. There is not a bad thing that I could say. This will be my place to stay going forward when I visit Montego Bay.

Absoutely fantastic stay at this property. From the minute we arrived we were treated with so much hospitality. The place is so peaceful. The views from the breakfast patio spectactular. The property was surrounded byu beautiful gardens with outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful caribean subshine. Can’t blame the property owners but Expedia organised the package holiday. They had me book the property and the flight. Just so nobody gets the same deal , Kingston is miles away from the property and it cost $350 taxi ride one way. Montego Bay airport was a stone throw away from the property. I don’t know way they did this. It cost us $700 to and from the airport and 9/10 hour drive which was unnecessary cost.

What a wonderful place to stay! My husband and I enjoyed it more than I can say. Laura was very hospitable, knowledgeable, and always available. Charlotte and Crystal who work on the property were so kind and wonderful also. We did not want for anything. This B&B is clean, beautiful, peaceful, safe and the gardens are just stunning. We spoke almost daily to the gardener who was always busy tending to the lovely plants. And the breakfast meals….oh my goodness, so much food and so delicious!!! While we were there we took many short strolls to the beaches ( doctors cave and harmony beach), walked to go shopping, to restaurants, (our favorites; Peppas cool spot and Pelican grill) and a casino. The area is safe with so many friendly people everywhere we went. When needing a ride we called upon Kamar from Clarkes tours. He was an excellent driver and actually stayed nearby all day while visiting Negril. We just felt so safe and happy throughout our entire holiday in Jamaica! Thank you everyone!!

Laura and Rohan are wonderful hosts. Their hospitality and friendliness made us feel at home. They went above and beyond for us! The property is gorgeous and very well maintained and walking distance to souvenir shopping and restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the bay. The breakfasts were to die for! The room was immaculately clean and cleaned every day and fresh water and ice every day. The water is good! There’s a hair dryer, fridge and AC in the room with a gorgeous view. The staff, Crystal and Charlotte were amazing! Such friendly people and excellent attention to details. We loved every minute of it here!
