Petit beug avec les petits déjeuners mais a été réglé rapidement. Nous avions 2 chambres, une avait un problÚme de clim mais nous avons été changé de chambre sans aucun soucis avec une chambre plus grande. Donc malgré quelques petits couaks tout c'est bien passé

Matelas sales !! Une propreté à revoir au complet

TrĂšs dĂ©cevant ! HĂŽtel qui ne lave jamais leurs matelas 
 soulevez votre draps de lit et vous trouvez votre matelas remplie de poils, de cheveux et de toutes saletĂ©s en tout genres !!! C’est tout de mĂȘme irresponsable de ne jamais aspirer les matelas d’une chambre et de ne se concentrer « que » sur le changement des draps !! Le matelas en plus de ça n’est pas confortable que ça. Les hĂŽtes d’hĂŽtels qui me disent que l’information « va ĂȘtre remontĂ©e » mais ne notent pas les informations laissĂ©es par les clients je trouve ça drĂŽle pour pouvoir remonter un problĂšme quand on ne note pas ! Bref, ça ne mĂ©rite pas 2 Ă©toiles mais 1 et encore certains F1 sont plus propres !!

Petite difficultĂ© de carte d'accĂšs Ă  la chambre bien traitĂ©e et rĂ©glĂ©e par le personnel d’accueil. Mutualisation des dĂ©jeuners entre les deux IBIS le WE discutable car faisant sortir les clients sous la pluie s'il pleut (il ne pleuvait pas). Sinon personnel impeccable et efficace. TrĂšs bien.

TrĂšs bien pour le prix

SĂ©jour de deux nuits en famille avec deux chambres. Accueil sympathique et efficace. Nous avions un trĂšs gros chien (Leonberg) et avons payĂ© 12 euros de supplĂ©ment par nuit mais aucune remarque sur la taille du chien. En raison du feu d'artifice du 14 juillet et de la musique qui a suivi, nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©s de fermer la fenĂȘtre et de mettre la climatisation en route. Celle-ci fait un bruit de circulation d'eau trĂšs dĂ©rangeant. DĂšs que nous avons pu, nous avons ouvert Ă  nouveau la fenĂȘtre. Ma petite fille a Ă©tĂ© malade dans la nuit et a tachĂ© lĂ©gĂšrement ses draps. Je l'ai signalĂ© dĂšs le matin Ă  la femme de mĂ©nage qui a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs comprĂ©hensive et agrĂ©able. Le petit dĂ©jeuner Ă©tait variĂ© et copieux. HĂŽtel trĂšs correct pour une ou deux nuits.
