This inviting villa with private pool offers a magnificent view of the medieval village of Callian and its château. It is an oasis of tranquility where you can relax well, not least after a long discovery tour of the region. The domicile offers space for a total of nine guests and is divided into two parts: The main house has a spacious living room and a large kitchen that opens onto two terraces. On the first floor there is an apartment, which has its own terrace and has two sleeping possibilities. The spacious and secluded property grants you absolute tranquility. Play a game of boules on the on-site boules court or pass the time with a round of table tennis. The family-friendly villa is located 850 meters from the village center of Montauroux. Along with Seillans and Fayence, this village, which incidentally boasts many restaurants, is also one of the charming mountain villages of the Pays de Fayence. Surrounded by a magnificent landscape, these villages attract visitors with a rich cultural heritage, regional culinary products as well as many artists. In addition, exhibitions and music concerts are held throughout the summer. As far as bathing is concerned, the Lac de Saint-Cassien (5 km) and the Mediterranean beaches (25 km) are at your disposal. Cannes, Mandelieu and Fréjus are 30 minutes away by car (30 km). A bed for an extra child can be provided. The pool is surrounded by a terrace bed. The terraced property is not suitable for small children.
