Between the countryside and the sea, within a beautiful park with a pool and lots of greenery, a former railway tollhouse that retains its charm and the nearby passing of trains (Rome-Pisa line) has become a comfortable and pleasant site. The rustic villa includes 2 independent apartments that can be rented separately.
The Patio, approximately 80 square meters, features a large furnished porch, a living room with a kitchenette, a sitting room, 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms. The garden surrounding the Patio is equipped with an old barbecue, perfect for organizing barbecues on warm summer evenings. The pool, open from June 15th to September 15th and furnished with deck chairs and sun loungers, is shared with any guests of the second apartment, La Quercia. The large surrounding garden offers many cool spots in the shade of trees.
The villa is 1 km from the sea and the well-known beaches Ultima Spiaggia and Dogana, and 2 km from the center of Pescia Romana. Easily reachable are places of great cultural and scenic interest.
