This beautiful and welcoming villa with pool is located in the middle of greenery, about 6 km from Montalto di Castro and the sandy beaches of the Lazio coast.
In addition to the beautiful pool and outdoor shower, guests can enjoy a built-in barbecue next to the veranda, equipped for pleasant outdoor meals or relaxing moments. The large garden also offers outdoor activities, a children's playground and fitness equipment for poolside activities. The interior of the villa is maintained to the last detail, with well-equipped kitchens, mosquito nets on all windows and doors. The property is fully fenced, has an electronic gate and guarantees privacy.
The accommodation is ideal for those who want to spend pleasant days on the beach and then relax on the veranda or discover the historical beauty and oenogastronomic specialties of this region on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. Lake Bolsena is 39 km away, Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with the Argentario golf 42 km, the famous thermal baths of Saturnia 49 km and Rome 109 km. On request it is possible to organize a multilingual guide for visits to the Etruscan towns of Tarquinia, Vulci, Capalbio, a tour on the Argentario promontory, to the thermal baths of Saturnia and to local farms with tasting. Wunderbare Herbstferien
Sehr schönes Anwesen, gut eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was es braucht. Hilfsbereite und aufgestellte Vermieterin. Kurze Wege ans Meer und in eine sehr schöne und vielfältige Region, inkl. Zugverbindung nach Rom. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und werden wieder hinfahren.
