"Staff allowed other guests to be loud and party into the early morning. Towels are worn out and grimey, worse than the towels I use for my dogs. Room lacked sufficient lighting and the phone was disconnected. We checked out a day early and were refused a credit for the unused night even when leaving before 9am. Grounds around the facility are covered with trash. The coffee creamers are not what is branded on the container. Housekeeping not provided daily. Worst hotel experience of my life!"
