You will find 3 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers. The property includes 2 modern bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as 2 separate toilets, one of which is a macerator. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Additional amenities include a television, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and step-free access throughout the house.
Enjoy the private terrace under a pergola with vineyard views and outdoor furniture. The private outdoor pool, located behind the house, is open seasonally from 10 am to 7 pm; maintenance takes place outside these hours to ensure your peace. For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
