Advantages: -Had two beds instead of one bed and one couch like the villas inside Tremblant. -Decent breakfast and friendly staff. -Hot tub, waterslide, pool. - Close to Tim Hortons, and Petro gas station Disadvantages - No gym with weights

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, the accommodations and room were satisfactory. However, I found the breakfast options to be quite limited, as it only included bagels and bread. Additionally, the toaster was not working during my visit, which made it difficult to enjoy the breakfast provided.

Vaste hôtel, avec beaucoup de places de stationnement autour. La chambre était de très bonne taille, le matelas confortable mais les oreillers trop fermes. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres. Nous n'avons pas essayé la piscine, mais elle semblait assez petite. Le déjeuner était léger, il y avait seulement des œufs pour ceux qui déjeunent salé le matin, aucune charcuterie.

Our stay at Microtel was quite enjoyable, but there was room for improvement. What we liked : There were luggage carriers provided, which made it easy to carry our suitcases. Our room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a view of greenery out the window as well. The elevators were fast, which was convenient with luggage. What we didn't like : Although the staff was kind, they barely spoke English and it was tricky to communicate. The breakfast was a disappointment, and many items were stale. There was an indoor/outdoor pool, but there were no change rooms, no lockers, and a singular shower out in the open. Overall, Microtel was a good experience, and we will probably come again.
