Located next to Le Géant Golf Course and less than 1km from Tremblant village. Our condo located on the ground floor of the building. A modern open concept to enjoy family time during vacation. A brand new construction near the ski slopes of The Mont-Tremblant Mountain.Located at less than 1km from the ski slopes, it offer high ceiling windows, 3 bedroom , 2 full bathroom , a large open space for kitchen, dining room and living room. We also offer 3 outdoor space, one located on the balcony of the master bedroom and the 2 other one near the living room and dining room. Our outside space has couch and a dining table. This is the perfect place to enjoy times in family or with friends with a glass of wine right next to our fire places.
- 1st bedroom : Master bedroom King size bed with wardrobe and convenient desk for clothes. Adjacent full bathroomwith heating floors for more privacy in the master bedroom Sleeps 2 persons

Living room area has a fire place with an intelligent TV with a italien leather sofa and accent chair.
Kitchen space had a 10 foot Long Island with high chairs. It is a fully equipped kitchen with all cutlery, cookware and essentials to cock for 8 persons and more. Coffee maker with coffee and sugar will be at your disposal to enjoy each of your morning at our place.

The unit provide hotel quality linens , fresh towels for all guest, toiletries such as : body soap, shampoo , conditioner , make up swipes, paper toilet & hand towel.

Cleanliness & Respect for Property • Do not use towels or linens to remove makeup or clean substances; stained items will be charged for replacement. • Pick up all personal belongings and garbage, both inside and in common areas. • No shoes inside the apartment; leave shoes at the entrance. • Keep common spaces clean and quiet — no loud music or activities. • No sports equipment in the condo – must be stored in the storage unit next to the parking spots in the underground parking area
Parking & Traffic Rules • Park only in your designated space (unit number indicated on garage pillars). • Visitor parking is on the street only. • Do not park on lawns. • Maximum driving speed on-site: 10 km/h (day and night). • Do not drive through the roundabout on the other side of the property.
Pavilion, Spa, and Gym Access • Access pass required — linked to your unit and must be carried at all times. • It is STRICTLY forbidden to consume or bring alcohol into any area of the spa pavilion, both indoors and outdoors. • You may be asked to show your pass at any time. • Spa hours: 9 AM – 9 PM, Gym: 6 AM onwards. • Maintain a peaceful and quiet atmosphere; access after closing is strictly prohibited. • $150 fine if spa pass is lost.
Children & Supervision • Parents must supervise children at all times, especially in common areas, the pool, and spa. • The property includes stairs and a bunk bed ladder. Children and individuals who may require assistance must be supervised at all times. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety throughout the stay. We had a lovely stay at La Belle Verbier. The compact set up worked well and the bunk beds were solid. The host was very responsive.
