We had a lovely time at the house and it was perfect for our needs. Two very nicely appointed rooms upstairs for adults and the second queen downstairs had the benefit of more privacy. The pool and back garden was so lovely to enjoy at the end of the day and we also made the most of the coal BBQ. It is also only 5 minutes drive from Monpaizer. Capdrot is a very quiet village to escape busy tourist spots. The house also had a lovely kitchen, lounge and dining area.

A great family stay

We went on holiday with 4 adults and 3 children ( 12 to 14). The House is situated in the very well kept village of Capdrot and only a 5 minute drive to the lovely old town of Monpezzier ( which is deffinatly worth a visit on thursdays which is Market day). The house is equiped with everything you need including a washing machine which is a must for us ( allows us to travel with slightly less items). The internet was more than adequate for us to all be online at once. The Pool isnt covered but the installed Pool robot does a fantastic job of always keeping it clean. We payed the extra to have the bedding and towls privided - well worth the extra fee, so we didnt have to take our own. The owners didnt speak English but with google translate all meetings with them were very pleasent and we had no issues. They left us to it and gave us a phone number should we have any issues ( which we didnt). They accomodated our needs to leave very early and were happy to do the handback at 6.30am. The one recomendation to the owners would be the need for a few extra large umbrellas, there is currently only 1 which can be a slight issue trying to get everyone under it. Overall a great time was had by all of us and i would recommend this house for a family holiday.

GREAT GITE

We returned to the UK yesterday ( 7th Sept 2019) after a great week in Capdrot, the gite was all that we wanted and more, the hosts were most welcoming. I would recommed this to all considering going to this area.

La maison est bien pensée et bien équipée. La localisation peut sembler isolée au départ mais nous sommes tout pres de monpazier et de nombreuses activites. De fait, le village est très calme. L'accueil a été tres bien. A refaire

Maison dans hameau calme, à proximité de Monpazier. chambres et sdb correctes, cuisine pourrait être mieux equipée en vaisselle. Piscine non chauffée où il serait intéressant de garder la chaleur par une couverture à bulles. Propriétaires aimables et prévenants.

Nous avons bien apprécié la propriété dans un village au calme et tout près de Monpazier. Dans cette période de grosse chaleur, la piscine a été fortement appréciée autant auprès des enfants que des adultes.

Très bonnes vacances

Nous avons passé une semaine super avec nos enfants et petit enfants. La maison est très jolie , les chambres avec des lits très comfortables, le bbq , la terrasse et surtout la grande piscine nous a plus beaucoup. Tout était parfait. Merci a Sylvette et son mari !

Maison, piscine, jardin , tout était parfait ainsi que l'accueil et les échanges avec nos charmants propriétaires . Le village de Capdrot est bien situé tout près de Monpazier . Les visites dans cette partie du Périgord sont nombreuses : bastides, châteaux, marchés...Location à recommander .

Excellent séjour entre amis

Pas de vis à vis, du calme, un grand jardin arboré, de l'ombre, une grande cuisine (plaques gaz et four électrique) très bien pour concocter de bons plats avec les produits locaux, une couverture 4G Orange qui nous a permis de télétravailler sans problème et la piscine (grande). Nous étions 4 personnes, nous étions des rois et avons bien profité. Merci aux charmants propriétaires !

Super vacances dans le cœur du Périgord

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est Bien équipée, idéalement située au calme avec un grand jardin, la piscine est grande et bien sécurisée. Les propriétaires aux petits soins et très à l’écoute. Monpazier un des plus beaux villages de France est à 3 min en voiture et tous les sites à visiter à 40 min. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Belle maison pour vacances en famille

La maison est agréable avec une grande piscine securisee au bord de là terrasse . C est idéal avec les enfants. Le petit village est tres calme et on peut faire les courses à monpazier.

très beau séjour !

Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants de 7 à 16 ans, le séjour s'est agréablement passé entre piscine, bbq et visites des villages environnants ( Monpazier, Villeréal, Cancon,Cahors, Belvès etc) Les propriétaires sont tres charmants et disponibles car habitant le village. Le village est très agréable, pas de bruits quand on vient de la ville. On peut se promener sans danger dans les rues car la circulation est presque inexistante. Cerise sur le gateau si vous y etes au 15 Aout, la village organise une fete avec un feu d'artifice des plus beau. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison pour passer du temps en famille. pour les ados, le wifi n'est pas tres puissant, mais cela les obligent à lever leur tete de leurs ecrans !

Superbe séjour. Nous avons adoré

Maison très spacieuse avec des photos qui reflètent la réalité. 4 très belles chambres avec une pièce à vivre très aérée. Piscine géniale et coin terrasse bien apprécié avec un bel appentis qui protège du soleil la journée et de la fraîcheur le soir. Idéal pour deux familles. Proche de Monpazier et super calme. Repos garanti. En plus les propriétaires sont charmants.
