Cheguei 13:30hrs meu check in era pra 15:00 horas. Fiz dois Contatos pelo aplicativo pra saber mais sobre minha estadia, mas ninguém me respondia. Tudo foi acertado pelo aplicativo e eu confiando na VRBO. O porteiro vendo toda a situação, localizou pessoas da família pra desvendar o que estava acontecendo, já que a dona do apartamento estava em viagem.Quando o avô da proprietária do Ap. Chegou pra solucionar o problema, já havia no local um grupo (02) dois casais que também haviam alugado o mesmo apartamento, apenas por uma pernoite. Com eu estava sozinho eu cedi pra que eles ficassem no apartamento.Já que eu estava sendo muito bem assistido pelo senhor e avó da proprietária. Ele me levou até a casa dele pra tenta solucionar um problema que passou a ser de todos.Fui muito bem recebido pela família.Quando conseguiram se comunicar com a proprietária do apartamento e foi passado os fatos. Ela ai sim fez o cancelamento. E disse que A EMPRESA VRBO tinha feito um anúncio de forma automático sem ela saber ( nunca vi isso).Depois de tanta desinformação que não dá pra relatar eu me realoquei em um outro local mas tendo de que preocupar com refeições e outro detalhes. Como eu desejava passar 2024 pra 2025 tive que dormir uma noite dentro do meu carro, pois só consegui um estadia até dia 31 até as 17:00. E aí VRBO?
