The hotel or the wing we state seem new other than the showerhead. It was fine. They had a very, very very strict pet policy. I have a service dog. We had to sign a bunch of documents and then had to leave a hold on my credit card, which was unexpected. Not the friendly of check-in and just a wall of cameras so you kind of felt like you were being watched everywhere you were. Called ahead of time to ask about the pool, I wish you had told me there were 30 kids in it. The next morning I asked what time the pool open so I can go for swimming. They said 11. I asked for a late checkout around 12 and they said they would charge me for it. It’s the first time I’ve been to a hotel when they want to charge you $20 for an extra hour When they’re not even full. Breakfast was weak. They asked me to move my U-Haul and SUV that were in a side parking lot with no people in the morning and I said no. That’s because it wouldn’t let me a late check out and I’m not gonna move my truck for the carpet cleaners
