2023 major remodel including new kitchen with granite countertops, cabinets and new appliances. New roof, hvac and LVP flooring throughout. New paint and custom tile shower in master with body sprays and pebble floor. Lots of covered indoor/outdoor space including 30 ft covered deck, sunroom and screened in porch. Expansive dock with covered space, bar area, sunning space and 40 ft floating dock large enough to tie up 2 boats or a boat and jet skis. Lots of room in driveway for parking and boat trailer. Adult and child paddle boards included as well as youth kayaks. No wake zone perfect for swimming, floating, paddling with main channel views. Very convenient to Bridgewater and Hales Ford bridge.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The vacation home also includes a washing machine.

Great family stay

The property is a great place for a family trip or just a group for fishing. I took my family for a fishing trip and end up with best place on the lake. It’s close to a great fishing Capt. Tom Moore of wicked striper but also close to lots of activity’s for family’s to do on and off the lake no matter the age of the kids. I plan on staying there for my trips for years to come.

Worst place we stayed on Smith Mountain Lake date

House was dirty upon arrival. Owner refunded cleaning fee to avoid cleaning people being nasty to us, but that didn’t mitigate a dirty house. Doc was not equipped to allow us to talk our vote. Loading dock was very low and did not allow us to easily access main dock. It was ridiculous for us to have to crawl like a crab onto.

Fun Labor Day Weekend

House in its self is functional just not as clean as we normally would like it. The dock was great we rented boat a Jet Ski and had room to tie up to dock . The house or cabin is some what dated after all it is a cabin on the lake. So if you like clean and new this is not you place . If you like rustic cabin old but great location and dock its your place

This house exceeded our expectations. It had plenty of space to spread out. The lake views were outstanding from the house, patios, decks and dock. It was the perfect setting for our family and friends to gather. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. 10 out of 10!!!

Great Location, quiet and peaceful. Loved the tuck up inside the cove to help protect the boat when tied up. Set up great for multiple families or couples.
