Peaceful hideaway

We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 4). The property was spotlessly clean with air-con in all rooms. The pool was lovely and I think we got lucky as we had it to ourselves 90% of the time. Massi is the ideal host - helpful and welcoming but never imposing. He booked us a table at a fantastic trattoria in the next village. The drive up the hill isnā€™t for the faint hearted but the views and quiet are worth it. A car is definitely needed. Would recommend.

Enjoyable stay

Lovely apartment near to Moneglia. The pool area was lovely too. Massi was a very kind and considerate host and met me at the train station to bring me to the apartment. I appreciated the water and snack he left. He also made me a reservation at a local restaurant which was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality Massi. I did not have a car and I stayed here. Moneglia train station is about a 35 mins walk downhill from here. And an uphill walk back. I hike a lot so I was not bothered. But if hills bother you, then a car is best. There is parking at the apartment.

Everything we hoped for.

In the hills above Moneglia with a fantastic view of trrees, swallows and eagles. Great host responded immediately to all queries.if you can drive down to moneglia in less than 12 minutes youre doing well. Over 30 deg so minimsid our outings but a good place for touring the area by train car.or motorcycle.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting

Not enough words to describe our time at Maxiā€™s place. Massimilano is a brilliant host and made our stay at his apartment so very comfortable. He is extremely thoughtful and helpful and really went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. The apartment itself is situated on the top of a hill. Peaceful and with wonderful views from the patio and also from the swimming pool. The drive up can be a bit nervy for the first time but you get used to it. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Maxi has his partaken fitted out with everything one needs. A home away from home. Moneglia in summer has a great vibe. You have to be there to experience it. But stop reading and book your stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat overlooking the Mediterranean. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed; a large terrace, a warm and sunny swimming pool and peace and quiet. Only 10 minutes drive from Moneglia which wasn't too touristy and very Italian. Massimiliano was brilliant. We were in touch through Whatsapp and he would respond to my queries within seconds! He is a fantastic host, very kind and attentive. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet time away from the crowds but also close enough to all the places to visit. I suggest you take the train whenever possible. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Massi.

A fantastic place to stay! We shall return!

This property is set high in the hills above Moneglia with spectacular views of olive groves, red roofed houses and the sparkling sea. The apartment is extremely well equipped, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. We were welcomed by Sandra who showed us everything. There is a small, very clean pool on the terrace just below the apartments - technically it is shared by the six properties in the building but we didnā€™t see another person use it while we were there (which I understand is a common experience). Moneglia is a slightly hair-raising 5km drive down the mountain road - the apartment comes with a parking pass for Moneglia which we didnā€™t use. We preferred the 20 minute nature walk down the steep mountain path- it was about 30 mins back uphill and gives a good workout after a dinner of pizza and a few glasses of wine! :) Our host Massi was exceptional- he couldnā€™t have been more helpful, on hand on WhatsApp if we had any questions. All in all our time in Littorno exceeded our expectations and we left refreshed and relaxed after a wonderful stay.

The drive up to Littorno was a little scary but well worth it when we arrived. Fantastic apartment with everything you could need, very clean with lots of space. The terrace was great with fantastic views around the valley. Very quiet and peaceful all of the week. The pool was great and we had it to ourselves most of the week. Moneglia is a really lovely town with great beaches. I would definitely recommend this this property if you want a peaceful and restful vacation in a beautiful location. Masimilliano was very helpful during our stay, thank you very much!!!!.

Totally renovated apartment with everything you need . On the big Terrasse you have the sun ā˜€ļø in the morning and in the afternoon .I think this location is perfectly in the hot time , but we come from the north part of Sweden and for us we mayby always preferred to have it located so you have the sun ā˜€ļø the whole day šŸ˜šŸ˜ But it's no problem because you have the the nice pool šŸŠ just around the corners of the Hause If you walk down the hill to moneglia Take around 30 minutes, but the way back you have to calculate with 1,5-2 hours at least if you have a 5 years son with you .

Magischer Ort - Ruhig, komfortabel und ganz ganz viel Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten im Mai/Juni einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei Massimiliano in Littorno.Massi, der Gastgeber, hat uns bei unserer Ankunft in der NƤhe der HauptstraƟe abgeholt und uns Ć¼ber einige schmale BergstraƟen zum Haus begleitet.Die Wohnung war sauber und bestens ausgestattet - besonders die KĆ¼che. Massi hatte sogar extra ein paar Snacks fĆ¼r uns bereitgestellt. Auch z.B. Olivenƶl, GewĆ¼rze, Kaffee und Waschmittel war vorhanden.FĆ¼r unser Kind hatte Massi sogar ein Spielzeug als Willkommensgeschenk.Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Und Massi war bei Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr Der Blick von der ruhigen Terrasse auf die Berge und das Meer ist groƟartig.Der Weg zu FuƟ nach Moneglia (ans Meer) ist sehr empfehlenswert - aber auch ein bisschen anstrengend (auf dem RĆ¼ckweg ca. 180 Hƶhenmeter).Von Littorno fĆ¼hrt auƟerdem ein schƶner Wanderweg Richtung SĆ¼den mit schƶnen Ausblicken auf Moneglia und die KĆ¼ste.In die Nachbarorte an der KĆ¼ste kommt man leicht mit der Bahn, die stĆ¼ndlich fƤhrt. Die KĆ¼stenstraƟe fĆ¼r Autos ist wƤhrend unseres Aufenthaltes leider gesperrt gewesen.

Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg dort hin war zwar etwas abenteuerlich, hat aber viel SpaƟ gemacht. Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig Unser Vermieter hat sich um alles gekĆ¼mmert (Tipps fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge und Restaurants gegeben inklusive Reservierung und war immer erreichbar). Au cours de notre roadtrip Italien, nous avons posĆ© nos valises dans cette sublime location sur les hauteurs de Moneglia, Ć  Littorno. Massimiliano nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons mĆŖme rarement Ć©tĆ© aussi bien accueilli dans une location ! Il nous a communiquĆ© les informations nĆ©cessaires en amont de notre arrivĆ©e et nous a prĆ©sentĆ© la location. Rien ne manque ! L'Ć©lectromĆ©nager est rĆ©cent et fonctionnel (plaque induction, lave vaisselle, cafetiĆØre Nespresso, lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc), le matĆ©riel mis Ć  disposition est de qualitĆ© (materiels de cuisine, chaises longues, parasols, serviettes, sechoir, etc). Des denrĆ©es sont mis Ć  disposition pour dĆ©marrer le sĆ©jour : un paquet de pĆ¢tes, papier toilette, shampooing, etc. Une place de parking privĆ©e est Ć  notre disposition. La location Ć©tait trĆØs propre Ć  notre arrivĆ©e. La literie est trĆØs confortable. La grande terrasse de la location est un vrai plus : celle ci est sĆ©curisĆ©e (grille d'entrĆ©e verrouillĆ©e et balustrade sĆ©curisĆ©e). Nous avons laissĆ© notre fille de 21 mois jouer sans problĆØme. D'ailleurs, la location Ć©tait complĆØtement adaptĆ©e pour elle. La piscine est situĆ©e Ć  l'arriĆØre du bĆ¢timent et donne sur la nature. Un avre de paix... Le bruit des cigales et le clapotis de l'eau sont au rendez vous. DĆ©paysement assurĆ© ! Nous sommes extrĆŖmement satisfaits de ce sĆ©jour. Encore un grand merci Ć  Massimiliano pour sa grande disponibilitĆ© et ses rĆ©ponses rapides pour nous conseiller.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und perfekt ausgestattet. Ob SpĆ¼lmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Pfannen, Tƶpfe,...alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Das haben wir aber auch dem super Gastgeber Massimiliano zu verdanken. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Der FuƟweg (durch einen Wald) in die Stadt und insbesondere der RĆ¼ckweg kann als Sporteinheit genutzt werden (ca. 25min) :) Kann bei hohen Temperaturen anstrengend werden. Der Pool mit dem Traumausblick war das Highlight fĆ¼r unsere Kinder. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!.

Italian Serenity

After a brief communication on Whatā€™s App, the gentle host Massimiliano awaited us in the center of Moneglia to personally guide us to the accommodation. We were delighted by an arrangement of beers and chocolate and a quick and profound description of the Appartement. The stay was very qualm, surrounded by a small agriculture and nature. Everything worked out and you can even use Sky or Netflix for instance. The host was helpful and asked a few times if we need anything else. He also responded quick to our questions. Traumhafte Ruhe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Magic Littorno sehr genossen. Vor allem die Ruhe. Wir hatten auch noch GlĆ¼ck und waren alleine in der Anlage. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Massimiliano ist ein herzlicher und ƤuƟerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Moneglia ist im Vergleich zu den Cinque Terre Dƶrfern viel angenehmer und nicht so Ć¼berlaufen. Wir kƶnnen die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Moneglia we loved it!

Litorno is very quit.to drive up to the mountain I donā€™t like it I have drive sickness especially when it is night it is dark and you can drive only with one car. To walk down to Moneglia I love it but not the mosquitoā€™s up stairs it is pfff but very beautiful. The train traffic is good we went to Clinique terre and Pisa and Sestre Levante and shop on a raining day in chiavari all it is very beautiful and nice to do. The manager is a good helping men all the time! The house clean and is nice but the terrasse is almost in the shadow, my husband liked that most! The swimming pool is always in the sun with a nice view I liked that! The weather could better. Windy, rain, thunder, cloudy theseathe first days quite and good after that he was wild but the temperatures were always good! We have enjoy our vacation trip! Thanks for the good and fast help via whatsapp we loved it very much!

Beatiful location and perfect host

The location is beautiful: Outside of Moneglia, quiet, relaxing and nice view. Massimiliano was a perfect and kind host. Everything was perfectly organized. We had a great time in MonegliašŸ˜Ž

Littorno/Moneglia exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment among the mountains with the wonderful mountain and sea view. The apartment is very well furnished, we had everything we needed to feel like at home, as well as very neat and super clean. The pool, that we had basically only for us, was the perfect start or end of the day. The everyday walk through the forest to Moneglia with our two kids was our ritual and we absolutely love it. There is option to take the bus, to go to Moneglia or to take the car, but we recommend to walk downhill and to take the bus on the way back. Moneglia is absolutely charming place, with kids friendly beaches, all necessary shops and great places to eat, have coffee and gelato. Massimiliano is very warm and open-minded host, we were amazed by the warmth, helpfulness and courtesy. We lacked nothing!! An extra umbrella on the rainy day, pasta for our first dinner after our arrival, many useful tips, a loving attention to say goodbye and, and, and... We can recommend it 100%.

Small treasure near the ocean

Very easy and nice welcome! We were accompanied the whole road up to the mountain. The flat has everything you need. We loved the terrace. My boys also loved the pool. The parking possibility at the ocean is also a big plus! The surrounding nature is wonderful! You should always do the grocery shopping before driving up! We tried to do only drive up and down once per day as it is quite a ride!

TrĆØs beau sĆ©jour

Nous avons apprĆ©cier ce sĆ©jour. Masimiliano nous a trĆØs bien accueilli. Le logement est trĆØs propre bien Ć©quipĆ© avec de noubreux rangement. La terrasse est top avec de magnifique couchĆ© de soleil. La route pour s'y rendre est un route de montagne sinueuse, mais on s'y habitue. Merci pour tout.
