Gîte 'La Fromagerie' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
Located in Mondion, this renovated stone gîte of 130 m² accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will find 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. On the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with WC; upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms and a second bathroom with WC. Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, private barbecue, baby cot, electric heating, fireplace, and pellet stove.
You will enjoy private terraces, covered or uncovered, furnished with garden furniture. The shared enclosed garden connects to another accommodation on site and offers a ping-pong table, pétanque court, and play areas for volleyball, archery, and foam tennis. The shared heated outdoor pool is 50 m², with a depth from 0.80 m to 2.20 m, heated in May and September, and features safety gates, buoys, mattresses, a solarium with loungers, parasols, outdoor shower, and WC. A shared sauna, playground, and bicycles are also available.
Ten shared parking spaces are available on site. Pets are allowed and smoking is permitted. Parties are not allowed. The hosts live on site but not in your gîte. Horse boarding is available (12 stalls, paddock, arena, tack room) for an extra fee. The wooded grounds allow you to observe forest wildlife.
Please leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean state upon departure. If you prefer not to do so, a cleaning service is available as an option from your host.
