My husband and I stayed at Hotel Shediac for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed with everything about it! Very upscale and modern, No carpet at all! The bed was super comfortable and clean! The patio off of our room was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy morning coffee made right in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We are already looking forward to our return next year!

The only real problem I found was that when power went out their back up generator failed so no power for a few hours. Was on 5th floor and no elevator.

Looked and is a very nice hotel. We had a botched checkin which was their fault. Double booked room. No "Sorry" from front desk staff. Head of housekeeping did apologies with sincerity. Two maintence issues in the bathroom that need to be addressed. Experience left a bitter taste with us.
