Charming traditional Perigordine Farmhouse, accessed by a tree-lined drive on the edge of the village of Monbazillac. It is situated on a plateau surrounded by its own vineyards and woods, an idyllic private spot to sample the pleasures that the Dordogne has to offer. This beautiful property offers wonderful family accommodation with all the advantages of open countryside, while being in close proximity to Bergerac and all its facilities (10 min.). The layout of the house is all on the ground floor except for bedroom 6 which is upstairs in the tower. There are 6 bedrooms altogether in the house, and 4/5 bathrooms. There is a gîte on the property which is not rented out during the summer. Please ask if you need accommodation for more than 12 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of plates and cutlery, and is right next to the 3 possible dining ares - a table for 8 in the kitchen itself, a table for 12 on shaded terrace immediately outside, and a table for 12 in the interior dining room. It has a 13 x 6 metre solar heated pool (fenced) with a large paved terrace complete with sun loungers, parasols, and shaded seating area. In the grounds there is ping pong, a football goal, swing-ball tennis, fantastic walks, 8 bicycles, and inflatable toys for the pool. Suitable for children of all ages, and people of restricted mobility. We have cots and 3 high chairs available on request.

The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 4.5 bathrooms, and a balcony. There's space to spread out with 6 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.
