Luxury 1 bedroom apartment in Eze village with breathtaking ocean views. The unit is situated only a stone’s throw away from the historic centre of Eze (500 metres) and provides quick access to many major sites on the French Riviera -- Monaco (4 km), Nice (10 km), Eze beach (4 km), Beaulieu-sur-Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat (7km).

The apartment is situated in a newly constructed, high-end residence that boosts spectacular ocean views. The apartment includes a private terrasse (15 m2) for outdoor dining or lounging. The interior of the unit is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a queen size bed, fully fitted kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, induction stove top and oven), washing machine, central A/C, window shutters, high speed internet, and cable TV. The unit has a separate WC from the shower room to ease access for all guests. Upon request, the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests as the sofa includes a premium, high quality queen size bed.

Beautiful and comfortable

This apartment near Eze was beautiful, roomy, and comfortable. When we first arrived, we couldn’t get the sound to work on the tv, but within a day they had it fixed. The balcony was lovely, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was the roomiest we had our entire trip. If I have any complaint, it’s that getting around the area is difficult with the tight roads and lack of parking - but that has nothing to do with the accommodations. There’s a dedicated parking spot at the apartment, so parking there was never a problem.
