Respectable older property. Clean, spacious apartment with 2 balconies. Fresh Meals were cooked to order. Customer service was great from the front desk clerk, restaurant staff and man who helped with baggage... served us fruit juice upon arrival. Breakfast was prepared for our 3:00 am departure! CityBlue goes beyond the call of duty regarding customer service :)

The AC in the room didn’t work for two days. Each time they said, they fixed it and walked away and in 15 minutes later it didn’t work. Cold showers for two days. On the third day, they finally moved us to another room. This space is easy very good, but this time I was very disappointed. Maybe new management

Great clean well kept hotel with water views, monkeys climbing on the balcony, walking distance to grocery and shopping. The restaurant was great, well staffed and friendly all around. This was my 5th hotel on my trip to Kenya and the best overall. It was right on the bridge so transportation was easy as walking outside. I extended my stay.
