This is the perfect location for traveling healthcare workers and working professionals needing quick freeway access. The apartment is located in Salida Ca which is minuets from Modesto Ca. Nearby you will find shopping, restaurants and a variety of food trucks.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed. side tables, lamp, black out curtains, large window, ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Closet with hangers and a small dresser for clothing.
Bedroom #2 has a twin bed. Ceiling fan and Mini split that provides heat/air. Desk & chair. Closet & hangers
Ceiling fans/lights/ AC & heat are available in each bedroom and common living room. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers. Free Wi-Fi included.
The bathroom has been fully remolded with a tub/shower combo. We provide bath towels, wash rags, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash & more.
The kitchen has been fully remodeled and offers a full-size refrigerator & freezer. Also available is a gas stove & oven, microwave, toaster, crockpot, Keurig, & coffee, dishes, pots/pans, utensils, salt, pepper, spices & more. We do not have a dishwasher but provide sponges & dish soap for guests.
Our Livingroom is nice & cozy set up with a couch/rug/lamp & smart TV. We offer free Wi-Fi & other essentials. First aid kit, iron & ironing board available.
