Newly built 2 bedroom modern condo loft in the Center of the city with one of the best rooftop pool and lounge area with a gorgeous ocean and city view. 10 min. walk to the malecón 10 min. taxi to the romantic zone tons of restaurants, shops and nightlife within walking distance. The condo has. Shared rooftop that features a infinity pool, 2 bar area, bbq grill and lots of lounge and sun tanning areas. My unit is a 2 floor 1450 sqft modern loft style condo with a sun deck and a outdoor dining area with a bbq grill and a soaking pool. There is 2 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms and a modern kitchen
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
