Red Rock Oasis and Private Pool Getaway!

Private outdoor heated pool, spa, & turf paradise! We have a waterfall, waterslide, deck jets to cool off on the hot days! We have a pool house bathroom with pool toy storage for the outdoor fun with outdoor grill, and dining. Outdoor fire pit. Large/open indoor kitchen, dining, & family room. The pool will not be offered heated with the nightly pricing from November 1 to end of February. This can be done for additional fees. We do have separate unit that is fully stocked with Murphy bed with additional fees. The entire backyard is for guest use and is private.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace. Housekeeping is available on request.

The house and yard/pool area are amazing. The property was clean and well-appointed. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again or recommend it to others.There were a few minor issues that didn't affect our stay, but are worth mentioning so they can be addressed by the hosts. Some of the fixtures (towel racks, tp holder) in one of the primary bathrooms were coming loose from the wall. We were never able to locate a remote to open the blinds in the living room. Also, the handle on the can opener is broken.

Family stay

Location: conveniently located near Moab outdoor activities. The pool is a must-need necessity and is desired after a long day in the hot sun. However, there is another accommodation rental on the property (in the same building as the pool bathroom), whose access to the pool is only separated by one unlockable gate. The accommodation seemed to be a long-term rental. At night, the rooms can reach uncomfortable temperatures and seem inaccessible by both the central air and the additional unit in the kitchen/living room. The accommodation is up-to-date and modern, with a kitchen that is well equipped to meet any culinary needs. All towels (and pool towels) and sheets were well provided and clean. Most importantly, the host is very responsive, kind, and ready to meet all our needs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, but we would have preferred additional warning about the other onsite rental in advance. We would gladly stay again and would recommend it to families visiting the Moab area.

Lovely home base for families

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive, backyard and pool were delightful, and home was very well appointed. Would definitely both recommend and stay again!
