Beautiful fully modern twin home completed in February 2021. Spacious living/dining area with large outdoor patio. Beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains. Ample parking for trucks towing ATV/SCS trailers.

All of our promoted sleeping details are in actual bedrooms. No hide-a-beds or fold out sofas in the main living area. We want to provide a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay. The main floor has 10 foot ceilings which provide a very open feel, and accentuate the phenomenal views.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker.

The place was perfect for our group of 7 people. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed siting outside taking in the view. I would rent again if we ever go to Moab again.

Our host called us to let us know the day before they had very high winds and dust and that they had the power and internet restored before we arrived. The house was amazing and very clean. We had a great time and will definitely stay here again. Host had everything we needed and more to have a great stay.
