Located on the heights of Mittelbergheim, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France, the Holzweg House is the ideal place to gather family and friends in the heart of the Alsace Wine Route. Nestled in a quiet dead-end street, on the edge of the forest, it offers a privileged setting between vineyard and mountain, with direct access to hiking trails and superb panoramas.



By renting the entire house, you can enjoy the three independent cottages - Le Hérisson, Les Écureuils, and Le Duplex des Cigognes - with a total capacity of 6 double rooms, convertible to single beds upon request. The entire property can comfortably accommodate 12 people, with large living spaces, multiple terraces, and an enclosed garden.

- 3 fully equipped kitchens (dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, Delonghi espresso machine, kettle, toaster...)

- 6 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, all with king-size beds (180x200, convertible to single beds)

- 3 cozy living rooms, one with a wood stove for your cozy evenings

- 3 modern bathrooms with walk-in shower, (2 bathtubs) and double sink

- 4 independent toilets with hand wash basin

House Rules:

🚭This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

🚭Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning fees.



🐕 Animals are accepted upon request (non-dangerous) with a supplement of 30€ per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.



🧹Bed and toilet linen as well as the standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.

🧹 However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to do this, you can order an additional "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 60€ before your arrival. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of 120€ for cleaning fees will be charged to you.



📝 A digital contract signature and your ID will be requested after booking through the Yaago platform, as well as the information for the police report, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the persons present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
