昭和レトロな建物、内装もレトロ調でとても素敵です。宿泊部屋と食事室は別ですが、食事室は床暖房が入り足から温まり大変快適でした。宿泊室にはこたつと加湿空気清浄機が置かれ、エアコンだけではない暖房設備も充実していました。浴室は小さいですが、客数の少ないタイミングだったので滞在中貸し切り状態でした。お湯は熱め、やわらかい水質でお肌しっとりでした。 部屋、ダイニングルーム、浴室から見えるライトアップされたお庭に風情があります。 食事について、席に着いた時にはメインと副菜は既にセットされていました。チキン南蛮は片栗粉ベースでサクサクの食感でお肉はやわらかく、冷めても食感と味は変わらず美味しかったですが、揚げたてを食べられたら最高に美味しかっだろうなと思いました。煮魚は煮汁の甘辛さが絶妙でした。だし巻き卵もお出汁と甘みのバランスが素晴らしく、しっとりフワフワの食感でした。マグロの刺身については、残念ながら解凍しきれておらず水っぽさが目立ちました。海鮮処ではないので無理に刺し身を提供せず、地産野菜や梅などの一品で楽しませてもらうほうが良いかなと感じました。 珍しい地酒もメニューにありましたが、残念ながら品切れとのこと、次回ぜひ挑戦したいと思います。 全体的に良い取り組みをされているかと思います。 ゆったり過ごせる一時でした。
