The detached bungalow, built in 2016, is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a holiday complex on the outskirts of the village. The residence is also popular due to its sunny location. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, terrace and garden furniture.

New highlight for families: right next to the Obernsees holiday village, the new Thermelino Water World is opening – a lovingly designed children’s area with slides, water games and imaginative details. Mistelgau-Obernsees, 435 m above sea level. The bungalow is located in a holiday complex, on a open garden plot with meadow and trees. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation year-round, 10 m x 26 m, 1 m deep). Indoor pool (usable year-round, 25 m x 5 m, 1 m deep).
