We are with in walking distance to many restaurants and shops that will make your visit a breeze.
This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests. Linens, towels, and soaps are provided. Included is coffee and tea to make your mornings a little smoother.
The entire apartment is all yours! Please make yourself at home. Sit back and relax.
We are nestled on a quiet residential street. Parking is free and easy!
As your host, I am available to answer any questions and help in anyway to make your stay perfect. You will not see me, unless you need me!
*IMPORTANT RULES TO NOTE*
- Please keep the partying at another location - respect the other tenants that reside here.
- Smoking of any kind is prohibited. If there is any evidence (smell or paraphernalia), there will be a $200.00 charge.
- If something breaks, please notify me immediately.
- All items are accounted for, if anything goes missing there will be additional charges incurred for replacement. Prices vary per item.
- Stained towels, sheets or blankets (after being treated and/or bleached and washed and then mark doesn`t come out) will be subject to additional charges for replacement.
-No Pets Allowed.
You will find everything you need neatly arranged behind a door or a cabinet, so feel free to snoop around and get acquainted with the place.
The Wi-Fi password is posted in the living room and easily noticeable.
Adjust the thermostat to your comfort level upon arrival. You can find the thermostat on the wall near the bedroom.
Upon departure:
*Please leave soiled towels on the floor of the bathroom.
*Please run the dishwasher with the last of the dishes that need to be cleaned.
*No need to strip the sheets off the bed. If a sofa sleeper was used, please place used sheets/blanket on the floor next to the sofa.

Nearby to shops, clean and cute. Pictures are accurate as are the other reviews about it being in an older building. No significant neighbor noise or issues when I was there. Construction nearby but didn’t bother me as it wasn’t noisy when I was there. Parking is easy. Very good communication with host with fast response time. Minor maintenance issues reported to the host with a positive response. Overall a good stay.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location, especially walking distance to a great coffee shop. It was perfect for our family of four visiting family in town.

Great location
Pros: excellent location (which is why we chose) with short drive to Union Station/Crown Center area, Overland Park/New Theatre and highway to get to airport;
shops/restaurants nearby were awesome - loved the coffee/game store around the block; place was clean and air conditioning worked (although super loud)
Cons: place is small, so wouldn't recommend more than 2 people-especially the bathroom; there are a lot of steps (6 up outside plus another 6 up once inside) and front steps don't have handrail - these should be added to the listing as photo is deceiving (you can't enter on right side where it's flat).
