I stayed solo for two nights and had a fantastic time. The staff were really kind and gave me clear recommendations about nearby restaurants and what they serve. The room was spotless and well stocked with towels, so I had no problems. The balcony had a nice table set — perfect for eating and drinking while enjoying a tropical vibe. Made for a really memorable stay — highly recommend!

Room needs restoration, mould, peeling paint. Worst part was the toilet was not cleaned and has an excrement on the side of the bowl. Needs to have council inspection as none of the electrical items had a test and tag on them, some quite old. Very small room, bed uncomfortable and worn out (flattened) pillows. Avoid.

The room and bed were clean and tidy. The air-con was a little noisy, but I still slept through it. It's within walking distance to the shopping Centre which is convenient. The staff were more than helpful, with carrying our bags up the stairs to our rooms.

Almost 40 years since last visit still just as memorable. The ongoing roadworks are slight inconvenience but if you let that put a dampener on your day go home and be miserable thubs up.
