Cela veut dire que quelqu’un identifiĂ© Ă  un moment donnĂ© le problĂšme et ne le traite pas. D’autre part, quand j’en parle Ă  la rĂ©ceptionniste, il n’y a mĂȘme pas un mot d’empathie ou d’excuse.
