Un triste episodio, mi primera reseña de 1estrella

Intentaré ser lo más asertivo posible con esta reseña. Me da muchísima pena que siga habiendo gente como el señor que gestiona este alojamiento, pero aquí va mi triste experiencia: Hace unos días, cuando viajava de Francia a Portugal con sus hijos pequeños, mi cuñado me pidió que le reservara algún sitio para pasar la noche en la zona de Miranda de Ebro. Era ya bastante tarde y, sin darme cuenta de que este alojamiento tiene horas especificas de checkin, procedí a reservar una habitación para toda la familia y les pasé la dirección. Para mi sorpresa, me llama mi cuñado y me dice que nadie cogía el timbre ni el teléfono - en ese momento miré más al detalle los datos del alojamiento y me enteré de mi error. Por suerte han encontrado un hotel al lado que tenía una habitación disponible. El problema fue a la hora de intentar conseguir el rembolso por una noche no usada, y que no ha dado cualquier tipo de prejuicio al alojamiento - después de varios intentos de contacto por teléfono (hasta el día de hoy nadie ha cogido el numero fijo anunciado) y por correo, el alojamiento ha por fin contestado a Hoteles.com, rechazando el pedido de rembolso. Después de saber de esto, he buscado la página del alojamiento donde encontré otro numero, un móvil que por fin han cogido. Después de explicar la situación al dueño, me ha dicho terminantemente que no habría lugar a rembolso porque "las reglas están bien explicadas en la página y son para cumplir". Cabe al lector sacar sus conclusiones :\

Unos días por Miranda de Ebro

Pensión en la primera planta de un edificio fuera del centro (pero a poca distancia andando). Recepción con horarios amplios. Hay ascensor que funciona con llave (llega directamente dentro de la pensión). Habitación pequeña pero limpia. Cuarto de baño cierra con puerta de acordeón. Tanto ventilación como puerta no son muy "discretas", y tuvimos la mala suerte que los huéspedes en la habitación al lado tampoco lo eran...llegando a medíanoche y yéndose temprano haciendo mucho ruido. Buena relación precio-calidad, especialmente en semana santa.
