Great place for our mom/daughter spring break! Plenty of hang out space, amazing kitchen, bedrooms for all, and the back pool area is fantastic! Quick walk to the beautiful beach. Speedy response from management on any question or issue. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect for Family stay

We had an amazing time, walking distance from beach and the pool and hot tub were great for the kids, baby and Adults. Kitchen was spacious. Everyone (28 of us) loved our stay here.

The property itself is beautiful. However it wasn’t very clean. There were live bugs in showers, toilets, gnats flying everywhere it seemed plus someone had a spider crawling in their bed. Also the house was not stocked with any seasonings for food. While this was not advertised, other homes we’ve rented on the same block had these things so we were a bit caught off guard. These things could all be improved.

This location, amount of rooms and bathrooms, distance to the beach, tv by the pool and other conveniences were loved by everyone. Thats rare with this many people in a group. We’d absolutely come back here

Great Family Vacation

This property was as beautiful as advertised. Plenty of room for our large family and everything we needed. Game room and Ice Maker were nice “extras”. Especially enjoyed the kitchen and pool areas.

Overall we had a nice stay at the property. House was big enough for our large group, game room was nice and pool was warm. Great location to the beach, Some issues worth noting was that the jets are broken in the hot tub and could not be fixed during our stay. Also the waterfall doesn’t work. The pool area definitely needs some repair. The advertised garage does not exist. It is now a bedroom so if you are counting on that for parking, don’t. Master bathroom toilet had to be fixed twice during our stay and 3rd floor dryer doesn’t dry in one use

This property was perfect for our family trip. The amenities were excellent!

We had a wonderful time. Very spacious, game room and golf cart a plus. Our children and grandchildren loved the pool. Definitely would Recommend this property.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at this property. There was an issue with the pool heat the first day but they had maintenance there within a couple hours and fixed. Washing machine on 3rd floor was not working for our stay but there was another on the 2nd floor so not a major issue. The house was clean, plenty of parking for our group, and short distance to the beach.We loved the pool area with tv by the hot tub. Was great for enjoying March madness games!

Great stay, awesome property!

The backyard was a fantastic place to enjoy music and watch TV with your friends and family while playing in the pool and hot tub! The house comfortably housed 20+ of us while still feeling spacious and at home. The beach access is very close and very easy to get bands for, we will definitely be returning!

Great home with lots of space

The whole family stayed for our Christmas trip. The house was in a great location. It was clean and setup perfectly for what we needed. The pool was great and had all the toys for the kids to enjoy. Fully stocked with everything you’ll need.

Excellent location and accommodations.

This was perfect. We had an extended family vacation and the house and location were just perfect. Close walk to beach with access to chairs and umbrella along with chairs provided at the house. We also enjoyed the large pool and patio with outdoor kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Perfect!!

Extremely happy with our experience. Plenty of space, heated pool was awesome and the 3 floors of bedrooms offered quiet sleeping for those that needed noise levels at a minimum. From 65 year olds to 4 year olds, we all enjoyed our visit!!

Beautiful house and great trip!

We had a great time at this property. We came to town for a friends wedding, the first of our friend to get married. It was a big high school reunion and a blast. The house was beautiful and exceeded expectations! The golf cart was a great amenity to have to easily get around.

Bachelorette Party

This house was fantastic! I (along with my closest friends and family) stayed here and had the most fun time ever! One of our favorite parts of the property was the TV out by the pool with surround sound so we could listen to music and also watch the football game on Sunday! 10/10 recommend this house for your next vacation spot!

Great house and pool close to beach

Really enjoyed the house, pool and being so close to the beach. Golf cart handy. Had one issue with pool heater but instantly taken care of by property manager. All in all a great week.

Great house for large group!

This house is wonderful for a large group! Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom which made things very nice for everyone. The golf cart was great but the walk to the beach is closer than it appears on the map. The pool was large enough to fit all 8 kids and those adults wanting to join them. I would recommend this house to anyone needing several bedrooms and a pool!
